Gaza Herald— At least five Palestinians, including a 14-year-old boy, were killed and several others wounded Saturday in renewed Israeli drone strikes, shelling, and gunfire across the Gaza Strip, as Israeli forces continued attacking displaced families and demolishing homes in further violations of the ceasefire agreement.
According to the Palestinian Information Center, Israeli attacks struck several areas of Gaza City, Khan Younis, and Deir al-Balah, killing civilians and injuring others, including children.
The latest attacks came amid continued Israeli military operations involving artillery bombardment, heavy gunfire, and the demolition of residential buildings, despite the ceasefire that took effect on October 10, 2025.
Israeli Drone Strike Kills 14-Year-Old Boy in Deir al-Balah
In central Gaza, an Israeli drone targeted a group of Palestinians on Al-Baraka Street, south of Deir al-Balah, killing 14-year-old Mohammed Riyad Abu Hamad and wounding several others.
Among the injured was a young girl who sustained critical wounds.
In a separate attack, Israeli forces shot and wounded another Palestinian girl east of Deir al-Balah.
The attacks added to the growing number of Palestinian children killed or injured by Israeli forces since the ceasefire took effect.
Israeli Attack on Displacement Tent Kills Two in Gaza City
In Gaza City’s northeastern Al-Tuffah neighborhood, Israeli aircraft struck a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians near Al-Hurriya Clinic.
The attack killed Abdullah Mohammed Khamis Jaber and Imad Mohammed Zayed Fares Jaber, while several others were wounded.
The tent was being used as shelter by Palestinians displaced from their homes during Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza.
In another attack in the same neighborhood, an Israeli drone strike near Dar Al-Arqam School killed Majed Al-Sabbagh.
Israeli forces also carried out two demolition operations east of Gaza City, while artillery shelling struck areas in northern Gaza.
Israeli forces fired illumination flares over northern Gaza City as military operations continued.
Israeli Drone Kills Palestinian in Khan Younis
In southern Gaza, an Israeli drone strike near Fash Farsh in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis killed one Palestinian and wounded others, according to the Palestinian Information Center’s correspondent.
The victim’s identity was not immediately provided.
Elsewhere in Khan Younis, Israeli military vehicles opened fire east of Hamad City, while heavy gunfire was heard across the city’s eastern areas.
Israeli artillery also shelled southern Khan Younis, accompanied by the firing of illumination flares.
In western Khan Younis, Israeli military vehicles opened fire toward tents sheltering displaced Palestinians near the Austrian Cemetery.
The attacks placed additional pressure on displaced families already living in overcrowded shelters and makeshift tents after losing their homes during Israel’s genocidal war.
Israeli Forces Demolish Homes and Open Fire in Central Gaza
Israeli attacks also continued in central Gaza, where a Palestinian was wounded by Israeli gunfire east of the Bureij refugee camp.
Israeli military vehicles opened fire northeast of the camp, with further shooting recorded in the same area.
In the Maghazi refugee camp, Israeli forces demolished a residential building near Al-Zafaran Mosque.
The demolition was part of continued Israeli military operations targeting buildings across the Gaza Strip despite the ceasefire.
The destruction of additional homes comes as hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians remain unable to return to their neighborhoods because of widespread devastation and continued Israeli military attacks.
Gaza Health Ministry: 1,505 Palestinians Killed Since Ceasefire
Israeli forces have continued violating the ceasefire agreement announced on October 10, 2025, through drone strikes, artillery bombardment, gunfire, and the demolition of residential buildings across the Gaza Strip.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, Israeli attacks since the ceasefire have killed 1,505 Palestinians and wounded 5,332 others, with women and children among the victims.
Saturday’s attacks brought further casualties across northern, central, and southern Gaza, including strikes on displaced families and civilians in residential areas.
Despite the ceasefire, Palestinians across the Gaza Strip continue to face Israeli military attacks, displacement, and the destruction of homes and essential infrastructure.
