Gaza Civil Defense Recovers 17 Bodies From Rubble

Gaza Herald – The Civil Defense in Gaza announced on Sunday the recovery of seventeen bodies from various locations across the Strip. Operations to locate additional remains buried under rubble are ongoing.

According to the agency, one body was recovered from the Nuseirat camp in the central region. Teams extracted sixteen others from the Al-Zaytoun and Al-Yarmouk neighborhoods in Gaza City.

The Civil Defense stated that its teams are continuing work to retrieve remaining victims from destroyed buildings. They shared video footage documenting the recovery of the martyrs’ remains.

The videos depict scenes described as inhumane regarding civilians from the Hajji family in Al-Zaytoun, southeast of Gaza City. The footage highlights the extensive destruction caused by the war in the sector.
