Gaza Herald – Israeli forces continued violating the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip on Saturday, opening fire in several areas across the eastern and southern parts of the enclave.
A local source reported that three Palestinians, including a woman, were injured by Israeli gunfire north of Hamad City, north of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Israeli forces fired illumination flares north of Rafah and east of Khan Younis.
Israeli military vehicles also opened fire near the Al-Ta’leem area east of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza, while Israeli forces fired illumination flares over Al-Hatabiya Street in the town.
Israeli military vehicles also opened fire east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood.
Israeli forces fired east of Salah al-Din Street near the Wadi Gaza Bridge and east of the Abu al-Ajeen area, southeast of Deir al-Balah.
Israeli forces also set fires east of Ard al-Samna, opposite Al-Da’wa Street, northeast of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
Israeli forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip through airstrikes and artillery shelling targeting areas sheltering displaced Palestinians, as well as demolition and destruction operations within what is known as the “Yellow Line.” Restrictions also remain in place on the movement of goods, humanitarian aid, and travelers.
According to data from the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 10 has risen to 1,256, with 4,125 injured and 806 bodies recovered.
The overall death toll from the Israeli offensive since October 7, 2023, has reached approximately 73,382 Palestinians killed and 174,236 injured, reflecting the heavy human toll of the continuing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.
