Gaza Herald – Israeli occupation forces continued their violations of the ceasefire agreement for the 176th consecutive day, carrying out shootings and bombardments across multiple areas in the Gaza Strip, leaving several casualties over the past 24 hours.
A Palestinian man was killed on Thursday afternoon after Israeli forces opened fire in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza. Medical sources identified him as Mohammed Mousa Rizq Al-Farra, a person with disabilities, who was shot in Al-Satr Al-Sharqi area. Another civilian was injured near Al-Mahatta Park in the same city, while a young man was wounded by Israeli sniper fire in Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
In Gaza City, 22-year-old Mohammed Nihad Abu Atta sustained chest injuries from shrapnel caused by Israeli artillery near the Shuja’iyya junction. Meanwhile, Israeli naval boats opened heavy fire along the coasts of Rafah and Gaza City, intensifying the ongoing escalation.
According to health authorities, casualties recorded in the past 24 hours included one killed and several injuries. Since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, the total number of those killed has reached 713, with 1,943 injured and 756 bodies recovered.
The cumulative toll since the start of the genocide on October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,289 killed and 172,043 injured, highlighting the continued human cost amid ongoing Israeli ceasefire violations.
