Gaza Herald – Israeli attacks killed five Palestinians, including one who succumbed to previous injuries, and wounded eight others over the past 24 hours, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported Sunday.
According to the ministry, several victims remained trapped under rubble or stranded in streets, as emergency and civil defense teams struggled to reach them amid ongoing Israeli attacks.
Since the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, the total death toll rose to 663 with 1,762 injuries, while rescue teams recovered 756 bodies from under the debris.
The cumulative toll since the start of the Israeli genocide on October 7, 2023, now stands at 72,239 killed and 171,861 injured, highlighting the sustained human cost of the two-year war in the Gaza Strip.
