Gaza Herald – Two Palestinians were killed in Gaza as Israeli forces carried out airstrikes, artillery shelling, and gunfire across several areas of the Strip, in continued violations of the ceasefire that took effect on October 11.
Local sources reported that one victim, a young man, was killed late Saturday after an Israeli strike targeted a house in Khan Younis, while another Palestinian was killed in a separate strike on Jabalia al-Balad in northern Gaza.
Israeli warplanes also bombed several sites east of the Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City.
Israeli naval forces simultaneously opened heavy machine-gun fire and launched shells toward Gaza City’s coastline, while intermittent artillery shelling targeted the northwestern areas of the Strip.
Since the ceasefire began, Israeli attacks and gunfire have killed more than 636 Palestinians and injured over 1,704 others, according to local data.
