Gaza Herald – One Palestinian was killed, and several others were injured as Israeli forces carried out a new wave of strikes and live fire across multiple areas of the Gaza Strip in recent hours.
Akram Hassan Al-Arjani, 27, was killed after an Israeli strike targeted the “Ard Al-Limon” area south of Khan Younis. He was transported to Nasser Medical Complex following the attack.
In separate incidents, a civilian was wounded by gunfire from an Israeli quadcopter drone near Abu Hussein School in northern Gaza, while a young girl was injured by Israeli fire in the Qizan Abu Rashwan area south of Khan Younis.
Airstrikes also hit eastern Gaza City and areas east of the so-called “Yellow Line” east of Khan Younis, as Israeli warplanes flew intensively at low altitude.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces demolished residential buildings east of Khan Younis, shelled eastern Shuja’iyya and eastern Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, and opened repeated fire from military vehicles east of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, since the ceasefire on 11 October, a total of 615 Palestinians have been killed, while 1,651 others were injured, in addition to 726 bodies recovered from under the rubble.
