Gaza Herald – Five Palestinians were killed on Wednesday by Israeli fire in southern and central Gaza amid continued airstrikes, artillery shelling, and live gunfire targeting multiple areas across the besieged territory, according to local and medical sources.
Three of the victims were killed in an Israeli artillery strike that hit the eastern al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza. They were identified as 13-year-old Sarhan Mohammad Sarhan al-Rajoubi, Mohammad Sarhan Suleiman al-Rajoubi, 37, and Mousa Mohammad Mousa al-Rajoubi, 22, whose bodies were transferred to al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
Later in the day, a child was killed in the town of Bani Suheila and a woman was shot dead near the al-Maslakh area south of Khan Younis. The victims were named as 13-year-old Moatasem Billah Ahmad Mohammad al-Sharafi and Hanan Jamal Hamdan Madi, 32.
In parallel, several civilians were wounded after Israeli naval forces shelled the coast of Rafah, while others were injured by live fire east of Khan Younis and near Juhor al-Dik northeast of al-Bureij camp.
The latest killings came against the backdrop of a deteriorating security and humanitarian situation in Gaza, where Israeli forces have repeatedly violated the ceasefire through shootings, airstrikes, and large-scale demolitions.
