Gaza Herald- Israeli warplanes continued, at dawn on Saturday, to carry out successive airstrikes targeting the eastern areas of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, alongside artillery shelling and live fire from Israeli military vehicles.
Field sources reported that warplanes carried out three consecutive strikes east of Khan Younis, accompanied by heavy gunfire from Israeli forces stationed in the area, as well as intensive aerial activity over the southern part of the Strip.
In the central governorate, Israeli helicopters opened fire on the eastern areas of the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, as part of the ongoing assaults.
Israeli helicopters also repeatedly fired on the city of Rafah in the south, with the attacks resuming during the morning hours amid heightened field tensions.
In Gaza City, eastern neighborhoods were subjected to heavy gunfire from helicopters, in addition to artillery shelling targeting the eastern outskirts of the city.
According to field data, Israel’s continued violations of the ceasefire agreement since it came into effect have resulted in the killing of four hundred and six Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the wounding of more than one thousand one hundred and eighteen others.
The Israeli army continues to violate the terms of the ceasefire agreement in force since October tenth, through airstrikes, artillery shelling, and live fire across various areas of the Gaza Strip.
