Gaza Herald- In a fresh breach of the ceasefire, Israeli warplanes launched intense aerial bombardments early Saturday targeting areas in the eastern regions of southern Gaza. The attacks focused on the outskirts of Khan Younis and Rafah, where heavy explosions were reported by residents.
Alongside the airstrikes, Israeli forces carried out the demolition of homes and buildings in eastern Khan Younis, adding to the widespread destruction.
Later in the morning, more strikes were launched across eastern Rafah, Khan Younis, and Gaza City.
Since the supposed ceasefire began on October 10, Israel has continued its military actions, resulting in the killing of approximately 390 Palestinians and injuring over 1,000 others—marking repeated and deadly violations of the truce agreement.
