Gaza Herald- Five people have been killed and 17 bodies recovered over the past 24 hours, Gaza’s Health Ministry said in a statement.
The overall death toll from Israel’s two-year war on the Strip has risen to 68,858 with 170,664 wounded, the ministry said in a statement.
“A number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them so far,” it said.
Since the ceasefire started on October 11, at least 226 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza, with 594 wounded and 499 bodies recovered from the vast debris.
