Gaza Herald – Gaza’s Government Media Office confirmed that just 986 aid trucks have entered the Strip since the ceasefire began, out of the 6,600 that were supposed to arrive by October 20.
Among them, only 14 trucks carried cooking gas and 28 trucks brought solar fuel, vital for hospitals, bakeries, and generators that keep civilians alive under siege.
The daily average stands at just 89 trucks, compared to the 600 per day agreed upon in the truce deal, exposing Israel’s continued policy of starvation, blockade, and humanitarian blackmail.
Officials warn that these limited deliveries fail to meet even the minimum needs of Gaza’s 2.4 million residents, who remain trapped in catastrophic conditions.
The Strip faces severe shortages of food, fuel, and medicine after two years of Israeli bombardment and systematic destruction.
Authorities urge the immediate, consistent entry of aid and coordination with humanitarian organizations to prevent further collapse of life in Gaza.
