Five-Year-Old Palestinian Child Killed by Israeli Gunfire in Northern Gaza

Gaza Herald – A five-year-old Palestinian child was shot and killed by Israeli forces on Thursday in northern Gaza, marking another violation of the ceasefire previously announced by US President Donald Trump.

The child, identified as Samih Shehab Samih Marouf, was shot in the town of Beit Lahia on Thursday afternoon and later died from his injuries.

The incident occurred just one day after Israeli forces targeted a vehicle in Gaza City, killing one person. In recent days, two additional Israeli attacks also left six Palestinians killed, including a female journalist and a young girl.

The latest strikes are among the deadliest incidents reported in Gaza since the beginning of the US-Israeli military campaign against Iran last week.

At the same time, Israel has closed all border crossings into the Gaza Strip, halting the entry of humanitarian aid and blocking medical evacuations, despite already severe restrictions on assistance reaching the territory.
