Disabled Palestinian Man Killed by Israeli Fire in Gaza

Gaza Herald – A 20-year-old Palestinian man with intellectual disabilities was killed on Thursday after being shot by Israeli forces, as reported ceasefire violations in Gaza entered their 145th consecutive day.

Medical sources identified the victim as Abdulrahman Walid Mohammad Sharab, who succumbed to three gunshot wounds sustained near Al-Alam Roundabout in Rafah.

In a separate incident, fisherman Mustafa Ali Fakhri Bakr, 28, was wounded after Israeli naval forces opened fire off the coast of Gaza City. Israeli military vehicles also reportedly fired east of Khan Younis at dawn, while warplanes carried out an airstrike in Gaza City.

Since October 10, Israeli forces have continued air and artillery bombardment, along with live fire incidents across the enclave, despite the declared ceasefire.

According to the latest daily statistical report documenting ceasefire breaches, the total number of victims has reached 665, including 199 children, 85 women, and 23 elderly individuals, accounting for 46.4% of the total. Injuries stand at 1,700, with 518 children, 342 women, and 90 elderly among the wounded, representing 55.8% of those affected.
