Gaza Herald – Gaza’s Health Ministry said five Palestinians were killed and 10 others wounded over the past 24 hours, amid continued Israeli attacks and severe restrictions on rescue operations across the Strip.
In a statement issued Monday, the ministry said the death toll since the so-called ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, had reached 581 killed and 1,553 injured, in addition to 717 bodies recovered from under the rubble. Since the start of Israel’s genocide on Gaza on October 7, 2023, at least 72,032 Palestinians have been killed and 171,661 wounded.
The ministry warned that the actual toll is likely higher, as many victims remain trapped beneath collapsed buildings or lying in streets that ambulances and civil defense crews cannot access due to ongoing bombardment and the near-total destruction of infrastructure.
