Israel Kills Four Palestinians in Gaza Strikes

Gaza Herald – Four Palestinians were killed and three others injured on Tuesday morning by Israeli forces near Al-Batsh Cemetery in al-Tuffah neighborhood of eastern Gaza City, marking ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement. The victims were identified as Mahmoud Ahmed Lolo, Abdel Qader Abu Khadr, Abdel Karim Ghobain, and Youssef Al-Reefi.

The attacks, which targeted civilians and children while including air and ground strikes, came despite Israel recently recovering the body of its last captive soldier. Monday had also seen three Palestinians killed in similar incidents across the enclave.

Human rights observers warned that these repeated violations undermine the ceasefire, entrench a culture of impunity, and put civilian lives at continuous risk.

Since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, Israeli forces have killed 504 Palestinians and injured 1,331, while the cumulative death toll from the genocide that began on October 7, 2023, exceeds 71,000, with more than 171,000 wounded.

The two-year campaign of destruction left roughly 90% of Gaza’s civilian infrastructure damaged, with reconstruction costs estimated by the UN at $70 billion, deepening the humanitarian crisis across the Strip.
