Gaza Herald – Israeli forces escalated attacks across Gaza on Tuesday morning, carrying out artillery and air strikes and demolishing homes, in a clear violation of the ceasefire that has been in place since 10 October 2025.
Local sources reported that Israeli artillery targeted southeastern areas of Khan Younis, while military vehicles opened heavy fire and warplanes hovered over the region.
Airstrikes hit eastern Khan Younis, and western Rafah came under repeated artillery bombardment. In the central Gaza Strip, eastern parts of the Bureij refugee camp were shelled, while Israeli forces demolished homes in southeastern Gaza City.
These attacks continue a pattern of ceasefire violations that followed Israel’s two-year genocidal war on Gaza, which began on 7 October 2023 and left over 71,000 Palestinians killed and more than 171,000 injured, most of them women and children.
