Israeli Occupation Intensifies Heavy Shelling and Home Demolitions

Gaza Herald – The Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday launched intense artillery and air attacks across eastern Gaza, accompanied by ongoing demolitions of civilian homes in multiple cities, according to local field reports.

In Rafah, troops carried out new detonations targeting residential areas, while occupation helicopters unleashed sustained fire over the city’s northern districts from early morning hours.

In Khan Younis, eastern and southern neighborhoods were hit with successive airstrikes, alongside continuous artillery barrages that began overnight. Apache helicopters also strafed the eastern approaches near Bani Suhaila.

In Gaza City, additional home demolitions were recorded in the al-Tuffah neighborhood, expanding the pattern of destruction across densely populated areas.

These developments mark a renewed breach of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on 10 October, deepening the humanitarian catastrophe and amplifying the toll on civilians trapped under relentless military action.
