Israeli Airstrike in Northern Gaza Leaves Two Killed, Three Injured

Gaza Herald- Two civilians were killed, and three others were wounded on Saturday after an Israeli drone strike in northern Gaza. At the same time, a civil defense officer died from injuries sustained in a similar attack on Friday.

Civil Defense officer Suhail Dahman was killed after succumbing to injuries he sustained yesterday in an Israeli strike near Al-Ribat Mosque in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza. The General Directorate of Civil Defense announced his death, noting that his son was also seriously injured while they were checking on their home in the same area.

The death of Dahman brings the total number of Civil Defense members killed across Gaza Strip governorates to 142.

On Friday, an Israeli drone dropped explosives near Al-Ribat Mosque in Jabalia refugee camp, northern Gaza, injuring two people in the Falluja area.

Earlier today, Israeli aircraft carried out a series of heavy airstrikes on the southeastern area of Rafah city.

At dawn on Saturday, Israeli aircraft carried out intensive airstrikes on various areas in eastern Gaza, coinciding with artillery shelling and gunfire concentrated around and within the Yellow Line area.

A civilian was injured in northern Gaza as Israeli forces carried out airstrikes and demolition operations in various areas, including Sheikh Zayed, east of Gaza City, and east of Khan Younis.

Israeli aircraft targeted Rafah in southern Gaza and carried out another airstrike east of Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.

Israeli forces continue to violate the ceasefire in Gaza through airstrikes, repeated gunfire, and the demolition of civilian homes across the Strip. Since the ceasefire agreement began on October 10, 372 civilians have been killed, mostly children, women, and the elderly, with over 920 others injured.
