Gaza Herald – Gaza’s Civil Defense said it had recovered the remains of 14 bodies from beneath the rubble of a three-story home in Barakat al-Waz area of al-Maghazi camp, after Israel flattened the building during its genocidal war on the Strip.
The house, belonging to Abu Hamda family, was completely leveled with its residents inside.
The victims, including children and women, were identified by their relatives and transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital for forensic procedures ahead of burial. Civil Defense teams stated that the recovery effort took place under extremely challenging conditions due to the limited equipment and the scale of destruction.
Authorities added that search operations for additional bodies buried under the rubble are continuing, despite severe shortages of machinery and the immense dangers posed by Israel’s repeated attacks on densely populated civilian areas.
