Gaza Herald – The neighborhood of Sheikh Radwan has been effectively cut off from the world, with communications and internet access severed and field journalists trapped amid ongoing Israeli attacks.
Six explosive-laden robots detonated exploded in the area during the last three hours, according to local testimony, indicating a relentless assault. Hamza Eltarabesh, a local journalist, claims that each robot carried about eight tons of explosives, for a total of about 42 tons that were dropped on a neighborhood about the size of two soccer fields.
Widespread damage has resulted from these attacks, and journalists and locals are in grave danger due to the almost complete lack of emergency services. The systematic bombardment underscores the deadly toll of the ongoing military assault on Gaza’s civilian population.
