Israeli Massacre Targets Journalists and Civil Defense at Nasser Medical Complex

Gaza Herald- The Israeli occupation forces struck civil defense crews and journalists while bombing the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.

The first attack killed four journalists: Hossam Al-Masri, a photographer with an international news agency; Mohammed Salama, a photographer with Al Jazeera; Mariam Abu Daqq; and Mohath Abu Taha, after an Israeli drone targeted the hospital’s top floor where reporters and photographers were present.

As civil defense teams arrived to recover the bodies, Israeli drones launched another strike, deliberately targeting rescuers in the middle of their lifesaving work.

Witnesses reported that Israeli assault drones continue to circle overhead, keeping the area under constant threat.

According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, the occupation forces bombed the hospital’s fourth floor before striking again as medics and rescue teams attempted to evacuate the dead and wounded. The initial toll is 8 martyrs and several more injured.
