Gaza Herald- Five Palestinians, including a woman, were killed and several others injured on Wednesday as Israeli airstrikes, artillery shelling and gunfire hit multiple areas across the Gaza Strip, amid continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement.
At least four Palestinians were killed and others wounded when an Israeli airstrike targeted a vehicle around midday in the Council of Ministers area of the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City, according to local sources.
In a separate attack, medical sources reported that Palestinian woman Iman Abdel Aal was killed and others injured when Israeli warplanes struck a residential apartment near Al-Shifa Hospital in western Gaza City.
Israeli attacks also left Palestinians wounded across central and southern Gaza. Three people were shot and injured by Israeli forces in the Abu al-Ajin area, southeast of Deir al-Balah, while two others were wounded in an Israeli drone strike near the Dream Palace hall in western Khan Younis.
Airstrikes and Shelling Hit Gaza City
Israeli warplanes launched strikes on the Tuffah and Shujaiya neighborhoods in eastern Gaza City and targeted residential buildings along Baghdad Street, destroying the Daher and Mushtaha buildings in Shujaiya.
Three Palestinians, including a woman, were wounded by shrapnel during Israeli shelling of Shujaiya.
Israeli quadcopter drones also dropped sound bombs around the Shujaiya intersection as heavy artillery fire struck the area. Israeli forces fired illumination flares northwest of Gaza City, while artillery shelling continued across the city’s eastern areas.
Gunfire and Artillery Across Central Gaza
In the central Gaza Strip, a Palestinian was wounded by gunfire from Israeli military vehicles northeast of the Bureij refugee camp.
Israeli artillery also pounded eastern areas of Deir al-Balah, where a shell struck a home east of Ramzoun. Israeli forces also fired illumination flares over the area.
Palestinian Girl Shot Inside Her Tent
In southern Gaza, Israeli military vehicles opened fire east of Khan Younis, while Israeli forces carried out demolition operations in Rafah amid intense gunfire from military vehicles west of the city.
A Palestinian girl was also shot in the back by Israeli forces while she was inside her tent in the Qizan Rashwan area, south of Khan Younis.
The attacks came despite the ceasefire, with Palestinians killed and wounded in airstrikes, shelling and gunfire across several parts of the Gaza Strip.
