Gaza Herald –Three Palestinians, including a child and a woman, were killed and several others injured Monday morning by Israeli gunfire and artillery shelling targeting areas and displacement tents across the Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that Mohsen Ahmad Mustafa Bahja was killed after succumbing to wounds caused by gunfire from an Israeli quadcopter drone in northern Gaza.
In southern Gaza, Ismail al-Bardawil, a child, was killed after Israeli forces shot him in the chest in the al-Mawasi area of Rafah.
In central Gaza, Fidaa Khader Toutah, 31, was killed after being shot by Israeli forces on Salah al-Din Street, east of the Nuseirat refugee camp.
Displaced Palestinians Targeted
In Gaza City, three Palestinians were injured after Israeli naval forces opened fire toward the al-Shati refugee camp west of the city.
In Khan Younis, three Palestinians were injured by Israeli military vehicles in and around Hamad City, while two others were wounded by artillery shelling that targeted displacement tents in the al-Akhras area of the al-Amal neighborhood in western Khan Younis.
In central Gaza, a woman and a child were injured when Israeli military vehicles opened fire on displacement tents along Salah al-Din Street between the Bureij and Maghazi refugee camps.
Two other Palestinians were injured in a fire that broke out at a home belonging to the Abu al-Rous family after an Israeli artillery shell struck it in Block 12, east of the Bureij refugee camp.
Israeli Shelling Continues Across Gaza
Israeli artillery shelled eastern Bureij as well as eastern and southern Khan Younis, accompanied by heavy gunfire toward displacement tents.
In the al-Shakoush area north of Rafah, Israeli tanks opened heavy fire toward displacement tents in the Fash Farsh area of al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, while Israeli drones flew at low altitude over southern Gaza.
Israeli artillery also targeted northern Gaza City amid intensive drone activity over the area.
Israeli attacks continue across the Gaza Strip, with civilians and displacement tents coming under artillery fire and gunfire amid an increasingly dire humanitarian situation.
