Gaza Herald – A Palestinian man was killed on Monday morning by Israeli gunfire in northern Gaza, as violations of the ceasefire agreement continue across the enclave.
Local sources reported that Mousa Salem Fathi Al-Abyad (42) was shot and killed in the Al-Atatra area in the northern Gaza Strip.
In a related development, Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire east of Khan Younis, amid ongoing field escalation involving artillery shelling and aerial attacks.
Israeli occupation forces continue to breach the ceasefire through repeated strikes targeting various areas, including sites sheltering displaced civilians, in addition to demolition operations within what is referred to as the “yellow line,” and ongoing restrictions on the entry of goods, humanitarian aid, and movement of people.
According to data from the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 10 has risen to 830, with 2,345 injuries and 767 bodies recovered.
The overall death toll since October 7, 2023, has reached approximately 72,610 fatalities, with 172,448 injuries, highlighting the severe human cost of the ongoing genocide in Gaza.
