Israel Kills Palestinian Civilian, Launches New Wave of Strikes Across Eastern Gaza

Gaza Herald – Israeli forces shot and killed Palestinian civilian Bilal Washah on Friday morning outside the so-called yellow line south of Khan Younis, as warplanes, artillery, and tanks carried out a renewed assault across eastern Gaza. The killing marks yet another violation of the ceasefire Israel continues to ignore.

Occupation forces detonated residential buildings east of Khan Younis at dawn, while executing a massive demolition operation inside the yellow line in eastern Gaza City. Warplanes also struck eastern Gaza, and Israeli naval boats opened fire along the coast of Rafah in the south.

Tanks fired repeatedly inside the yellow line near Khan Younis as Israeli aircraft launched multiple air raids on the city’s eastern districts. In central Gaza, Israeli vehicles opened fire east of al-Bureij and al-Maghazi refugee camps, expanding the attack zone across the Strip.

Since the ceasefire began on 10 October 2025, Israel has carried out hundreds of violations, killing 313 Palestinians and wounding 760, while 572 bodies have been pulled from the rubble, a stark continuation of the ongoing genocide against Gaza’s population.
