Gaza Herald – Israeli forces killed two Palestinians and wounded others on Monday as attacks continued across Gaza despite the fragile ceasefire, including a strike on a displaced Palestinian’s tent near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir el-Balah.
The strike killed Muhammad Nasser Abu Asad, who, according to local sources, was reunited with his mother and siblings who were killed in an Israeli strike on their home earlier in the genocide.
Israeli artillery also shelled the Al-Masdar area in central Gaza, while Israeli forces opened fire east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
Meanwhile, Hazem Bassam Mousa succumbed to his wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli attack in Khan Younis.
Gaza’s Ministry of Health said the overall Palestinian death toll from Israel’s genocide on Gaza has reached 73,420, with 174,369 others injured since October 7, 2023. Thousands of Palestinians remain trapped beneath the rubble or stranded on roads as rescue teams continue to face severe difficulties reaching them.
